We highly value our process that involves contact, planning, approvals, construction, and completion when it comes to our quality work. Once you have decided on your ideas and requirements, we will get our draftsperson to draw up sketches. Any changes you wish to make can be done at this stage. If you are then happy with the sketches we will go ahead and arrange for detailed plans to be drawn up.
Once you have approved the plans, we will submit them to your local council and other relevant authorities, and arrange for the necessary inspections. It is at this stage that we will issue you a contract to sign. All the necessary documentation will be listed and attached to this contract, with everything being spelled out upfront.
After we have obtained the relevant approvals and completed the necessary inspections, we are ready to start building. Our tradesmen have been with us for many years, and have a high quality of workmanship.
